All measurements are the flat garment in centimetres. Tolerance 1–2 cm. DESCEND V2 is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder — take your normal size for the intended fit, size down for a closer cut.

Batch 001 is S to XL only. XS and XXL are listed here for reference and are not part of this drop — do not order a size that is not in the batch.

HOW TO MEASURE

• Chest (A) — across the garment 2 cm below the armhole, doubled for full circumference.
• Body length (B) — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
• Sleeve (C) — from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

FABRIC AND CARE

• 100% cotton French terry, 480 gsm. Cotton/spandex 2x2 rib at cuffs and hem.
• Garment washed with an acid fade — charcoal tone varies unit to unit.
• Pre-shrunk, under 5% residual shrinkage.
• Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Low iron, never on the print.

WHAT IS A BATCH?
A fixed run, made once. Batch 001 is 50 units of the DESCEND hoodie. When it sells out it does not come back — the next release is a different garment.

WILL DESCEND RESTOCK?
No. Same colourway, same graphic, same cut will not be produced again.

HOW DOES IT FIT?
Oversized and boxy with a dropped shoulder. Take your normal size for the fit shown, size down for a closer cut. Flat measurements for every size are on the size guide.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF?
480 gsm 100% cotton French terry, garment washed with an acid fade. Cotton/spandex rib at the cuffs and hem, self-fabric lined double-layer hood, gunmetal hardware and YKK zips.

WHY DOES MY UNIT LOOK DIFFERENT?
The acid wash is done per garment, so tone and distressing vary. No two units are identical. That is the finish, not a fault.

HOW DO I WASH IT?
Cold machine wash inside out, no bleach, tumble dry low, low iron and never directly on the print. Wash it less than you think.

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Batch 001 drops 21 November 2026 and is held in stock. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from Denmark with tracking, in the order they were placed. Free shipping inside Denmark. Full timings on shipping & returns.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Batch 001 ships to Denmark, the European Union, Norway and the United States. Denmark is free; everywhere else is calculated at checkout. Norway sits outside the EU, so Norwegian customs may add import VAT and a clearance fee on arrival. US orders may be subject to import duties and fees set by US customs, which are not something we can collect at checkout or refund. Batch 002 opens the rest of the world — the waitlist hears first.

• Batch 001 drops 21 November 2026. Units are in hand — nothing is made to order.
• Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days, in the order they were placed. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays.
• Tracking is emailed automatically the moment the label is scanned.

WHERE WE SHIP
Batch 001 ships to Denmark, the European Union, Norway and the United States. Nowhere else — yet. If your country is not on that list you cannot check out, and that is deliberate: we would rather ship nothing than ship you a surprise customs bill. Batch 002 opens the rest of the world, and the waitlist is told first.

RATES AND DELIVERY

• Denmark — free shipping. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
• European Union — calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days.
• Norway — calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days, plus customs clearance.
• United States — calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days, plus customs clearance.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is scanned it is in their hands, not ours.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Denmark and EU orders include VAT. Nothing further is owed on arrival — the price you see is the price you pay.
Norway sits outside the EU. Norwegian customs may charge import VAT and a clearance fee before release. That is set by Norwegian authorities, paid by you, and is not something we can collect at checkout or refund. United States orders may be subject to import duties and fees set by US Customs and Border Protection. Those are assessed on arrival, paid by you, and are not something we can collect at checkout or refund.

RETURNS

• 30 days from delivery.
• Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in the original packaging.
• Email growth@nordctrl.co with your order number to start a return. We confirm the return address once the request is approved — do not ship anything back before that, unannounced returns are refused.
• Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return landing and passing inspection.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window above is longer and runs alongside that right — it does not replace or limit it. To use it, email us at growth@nordctrl.co before the 14 days are up.

EXCHANGES
We do not run exchanges on a 50-unit batch. Once a size is gone it is gone. Return for a refund and reorder while stock lasts.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
Email growth@nordctrl.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we got it wrong we cover return postage and replace or refund it. Note that DESCEND is washed and distressed by design — the fades, raw edges and print break are intentional and are not defects.

LOST OR DELAYED
If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Claims take time. We will keep you updated rather than leave you guessing.

WRONG ADDRESS
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody claimed it, we refund the item but not the shipping.
