All orders ship from Denmark with tracking.
Processing
Batch 001 drops 21 November 2026 and is held in stock — nothing is made to order. Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days, in the order they were placed. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays. Tracking is emailed automatically the moment the label is scanned.
Where we ship
Batch 001 ships to Denmark, the European Union, Norway and the United States. We do not currently ship anywhere else. If your country is not served, you will not be able to complete checkout. Norway and US orders may be subject to import duties or VAT set by customs, which we can’t collect or refund.
Rates and estimated delivery
- Denmark — free shipping. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
- European Union — rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days.
- Norway — rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days, plus customs clearance.
- United States — rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days, plus customs clearance.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Duties and taxes
Denmark and EU orders include VAT; nothing further is owed on arrival. Norway and the United States are outside the EU, so their customs authorities may charge import duties, VAT or a clearance fee before the parcel is released. Those charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority, are the customer’s responsibility, and cannot be collected or refunded by us.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us at growth@nordctrl.co and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel went unclaimed, we refund the item but not the shipping cost.
